Meghan is a physical therapist and outdoor enthusiast. She graduated from Daemen College in 2018 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Meghan worked as a traveling physical therapist in various settings/states for four years and has recently decided to call Chattanooga "home!" She is certified in the McKenzie method of low back and neck treatments, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS A), ImPACT concussion care, and dry needling. She is a firm believer in treating the body as a whole.
During her youth, Meghan sustained several injuries and setbacks in competitive and recreational sports. Through her personal experiences, she developed an unparalleled appreciation for physical therapists and opted to pursue the field herself. Meghan enjoys having experience treating individuals of all ages and activity levels! Whether it is your first cycling race or couch to 5k event, training for a weekend warrior competition or aiming to decrease time on your next endurance event, Meghan can relate and would love to help and support you along the way!
In her free time, Meghan is an avid cyclist, reader, and runner/Ambassador for MS Run the US. She can also be found outdoors hiking or playing fetch with her four-legged friends, Chaco and Theodore.
