Fit4Mom’s Stroller Strides course is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun so that mom can focus on her fitness! Each Stroller Strides instructor is trained to meet you where you are mentally and physically and help you achieve the workout goals that you have set for yourself. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
I will be joining the Fit4Mom crew again at Stroller Strides class to work alongside Fit4Mom instructors to help modify and individualize exercises for moms to maximize benefits, with focus and intention on core activation and breathing techniques. Come early or stay late to chat with me about diastasis recti or Pelvic Floor questions.
